How comes on the Xbox 360 controller for windows I can't press LT+RT at the same time

If I press LT + RT I can't press them both together its like I can only press them one at a time. First LT or RT but when I viewed PES 2009 game settings on controller I see that if I press LT then it will lit.

However if I press RT together both of them would not lit together they will cancel each other out. Is this normal or is something wrong?
I don't see this problem with my other Logitech Dual Action gamepad.

Same thing tested in controller panel it will appear as Z-Axis one or right Z-Axis.
Could someone clarify, it won't affect gameplay if LT+RT was the combo for example will it?

Did you set your controller to Direct Input? If you did, set it to X Input.

Or you can change the drivers, I use xbcd drivers and it go smoothly (but it only works on wired controllers)

Did you set your controller to Direct Input? If you did, set it to X Input.
