How About A Decent Tutorial On How To Install Kits Using GGS Or Afs

Ok guys there is no guides what so ever about how to install kits using GGS or AFS explorer, all i see is a guide on how to relink kits, which means nothing to me. How about posting a guide for idiots like myself. A step by step instruction of what to do using either of these programs would be a good idea, as i have no clue.

Do i import the kits to Cv_0 or Cv_1?
And why does GGS say the files are too big?

I am with this guy, last night I tried with no luck (sorry was able to get adboards on but it was pure luck), did not make sense, I know once I get the hang of it it will be as easy as people say but the intrsuctions sometimes need to be more step by step instructing which tabs to hit to get where we need to get, example intructions says "reserve more space" and thats all does not tell you how to reserve space, remember there are alot of us here who are noobs but we still appreciate deeply and enthusiastically all the hard work that these guys do, its great work! but maybe you have to take us by the hand and step to step on patching etc. please and thanks.
