help with pes 2021 game crash !

I have installed pes 2021 through steam (official version) then installed virtuared patch and changed the game exe with an older version exe (1.7.0) and started to get regular game crashes after starting the game or matches .. before this issue konami used to send that pop up window asking me to get code from their link to verify the game and run and I had no issues running the game .. suddenly I was not getting that same konami pop up window and that's when the crashes started to occur.

does anyone knows how to make that pop up window verification method return ?
