Help: Supporter Flag Patch makes dissapear the public...

Well i have upload some sreens abaout the problem im talking abaout as all u can see the public disspapears when the game its on real time game but on replays or entrance to field, free kicks, offsides replays, etc. the public its ok i dont know what more to do i have follow the instructions abaout dont edit the public...but also i got the problem:

It is no patch problem, Konami decided to remove spectators whilst
playing match to avoid gameplay slowdown.
as you have mentioned, you'll only see spectators in replay's, free kicks etc..
