help...problem with stadiums that have an aerial view in Efootball 2020/21

Good afternoon. What could happen that I have loaded stadiums with aerial views but when I show them it remains loading. That is to say, it shows the aerial view and the game does not start... and if I click to continue, the loading wheel remains but the game never starts (I have to close the game because nothing can be done).
If you can help me, thank you in advance.
