Wow, what gibberish. I'll try to answer everything in the hope that some of it will help you.
Option files are not patched - only updated.
To transfer the updated option file to your memory card you can use either a max drive, an x-port (see my signature for more info) or by using the CD2mem method (use the forum search function to find out more about this).
Swap magic is a boot disk. Try reading the swap magic instructions or search for them on google.
