[Help] Can't find the directory

Hi guys.
I instaled the 1.20 patch and then I tried to download the in-game content but i'm getting an Error message saying that the file is broken.
So I downloaded the content manually but I can't find the directory where to place in Windows Vista.
Can someone help me?

You need to unhide you folders and its programdata folder.
