Can you create teams to PES 5?

I got PES 3, I am wondering if you can add teams to the database in PES 5, or if you want a different team, you have to mess with the other teams to have another team?

You can create a team at the beginning of a master league but otherwise, like if you wanted to add 3 teams, you'd have to overwrite other teams.
 
I'd wish a patch be released so you have an expandable database, eg for international teams and club divisions.
Would be good to see the African teams and Trinidad and Tobago added to the databse. Solomon Islands, Fiji, Samoa, and then the Asian teams, like Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, Vietnam, Phillipines, India and Pakistan. Then Israel, and other forgotten teams. I never want to go near Fifa again......
 
The problem is Konami has no interest in us PC users and so when they do the direct port from the ps2 version we're stuck with the limitations of the playstation2.

It's laughable, really
