Grey Screen (HT.FT & Bookings)

i have a problem where whilst playng the game if a player gets warned,booked or sent off by the ref i cannot see the screen that appears it just goes grey.

it is the same at halftime and fulltime you dont see the players walking off the screen is grey and the score displays only.

what is the problem here?
