Graphics driver issues

Hi this ones for the tech buffs among you.

I have an ATI X800XL graphics card, and ever since I updated the graphics drivers, the game is really jerky. Anyone got any suggestions or had the same problem.

I could try and find the last working drivers I had on, but I need the most recent for my other applications, thanks.
