Graphic Problems - Horizontal lines when panning up and down?

Hi all

Just wanted to ask if anyone had the same problem as me.
Whenever the ball is played across the pitch i get loads of faint lines running along the screen. I have vsync turned on so its not got anything to do with that.
Im not sure what it is, ive messed with my graphic card options on a trial and error but nothing seems to get rid of them.
Is this a common problem?
Any tips on fixing it?
My specs are E6600 Core2Duo 2.66, x1950 and running pes2009 1.20.

I have vsync turned on

Also force on in your graphic card driver? What about refresh rate, use the same for your monitor like in the game

If that forcing doesnt work try forcing triple buffer and afterwards if it aint workin reinstal or instal newest drivers for u graphic card direct x .... hope it helps u

I had exactly the same problem with my x1900.

I updated drivers, enabled vsync, and disable frame skipping like here
