Got a good option file?

I was looking for a simple option file. Not really one that changes gameplay too much. Just one that fixes issues with the game and teams and players. Stamina fix, real players and teams, and if any gameplay changes at all, just making the game maybe a tad bit slower. Preciate it. Sorry if in the wrong forum.
