Game Stuttering

Is anyone else getting the problem of the game appearing to slow down and stutter. I checked with fraps and I have a constant 60 fps but it looks like the fps is in single figures
 
cheer sorted it now i had to turn off frame skipping and enable vsync that sorted it out thanks for help
 
when i force monitor to 60hz i see vsync option is activated and i can check it but when i make it at 85 hz i see vsync option is not activated and i can't check it (disabled)
 
i had the same problem when i was playing it in windows xp on a dell M1530 machine (which is not designed for windows xp). But anyways, because xp was not supported, dell didnt offer any drivers, so i had to get them off the net including a graphics driver for my nvidia 8600GT GPU. I think this driver is why the game was stuttering as when i reinstalled vista on the machine and ran pes 2008, it ran perfectly without any stuttering and i could run the game at max resolution and max detail level. so in my experience, i would say your GPU driver COULD be worth considering as the problem.
 
also, i am having a problem with pes 2008 after applying a patch to it to give me proper kits, names, logos, etc. Its a weird problem i am having in that the coca cola championship has french teams in it. and the player names are all "player1" "player2" "player3" etc. If you think you can help me on this, please email me on danieljamestravers@yahoo.ie thanx
