Fraps Q?
When I was using it to see what frame rate the game was running at , when in High Or Med setting I would get 60fps and in the slow down areas it would drop to 45fps.
The thing is when it drops to 45fps and the game is in slow down, when I change d to Low setting the game ran from Fast to Very Fast and the frame rate never went below or went above 30fps.
The game in Low setting just sat at 30fps? and as I said was going from Fast to Very Fast, yet in High/Med Settings 60fps was near PES6 speed and at 45fps it slowed down.
I've played a lot of games flight sims and war games online and would not see that much if anything of a slow down dropping from 60fps to 45fps.
Why the big slow down when all I am dropping is 15fps, in fact it starts to slow in the low 50s and gets into slow mo at 45fps.
