Guys, sorry for starting a new thread just to ask a question but i don't know where else to put it, I do a fortnightly football quiz for my old man, which he now takes down to his local WM Clubs to get the answers and generally have some good banter.. It was fairly easy at first, I have a reasonable footy knowledge and I stuck to fairly easy questions, like name the 2 teams out of the 92 in the English leagues that contain all 5 vowels? etc.
This was fine until he started taking them to the clubs, now i have to make sure there is a mixture of fairly easy to pretty tough ones, the list kind seam to be the best, where you have to list FA cup winners etc.
I'm now struggling for good questions and sites that have good facts and trivia... There are plenty of sites that charge for footy quiz questions, but they are pretty poor. I was wondering if you guys new any sites or good questions I could use... I have four good quiz books but spend most of my time trying to check their answers are still current if it's a recent stat etc...
Sorry for the long post and thanks if you have been arsed to read this far....
ahh the FA Cup, a chance for us to put aside the horrors of league football and the drafty arse that is the Non league trap door... ah yes, the majestic FA Cup with it's ... oh hang on 4-1, thumped... b*ll*cks..
