Hi evoweb community I apologize because I am not fluent in English so there may be errors in my writing.
I downloaded fifa 21 through game pass, but after I closed the game for the first time (due to bugs in the generic controller I use) the game always started to freeze in the menu (as it loads it completely and then crashes, other times not even it fully loads)
I have a "Intel uhd grapichs 620", which is enough to run from what I tested in the gameplay when opening the game for the first time
can you help to solve this problem?
my drivers are up to date so that's not it.
I use xbox360ce for my generic controller to work (not sure this would be relevant)
