Fifa 2012 Demo PC settings

When I play the game on the highest settings and maximum res the game looks and plays great but the arena, cut screens and set-pieces are all graying out.

When i play it on lower settings the arena, cut screens and set-pieces look fine but the game play is jumpy and does not flow like in high settings

Does anyone else have these problems or know a solution ?

Because I have a problem with graphics in fifa 2012 demo and was wondering if anyone else had the same problem or knew what to do and there is no other thread with fifa demo tech problems if thats ok with you
