Hello everyone, i've decided to share a mod i've created to better improve FIFA 19 Career Mode

OVERVIEW
Starting year is now 2025/2026 Season
Form: This impacts how the player performs and skills. In-form players will feel "boosted"
All comps are updated to the starting years, ex World Cup will start in 2026
Away Matches: Small physical and mental disadvantage (very small) to the away team to simulate a "home field advantage"
Anger/Rattle Morale: It reduces mental attributes, defensive attributes/stats and making nervous goalkeepers spill shots.
Influence: The simulation now factors player fatigue when calculating results.
Subs: Makes the AI manager more aggressive and intelligent with subs.
Match Ratings: Increases the match rating bonus for a win.
League Settings: Matches between teams in the same "slice" of the table, ex. 1st vs 3rd, are 20% more important.
League Board Settings: Matches between teams with the same board objective are 30% more important.
Player Edits (Growth, Value & Retirement)
Increased some (XP) gain from matches, making players hit growth points faster.
Anti decline fix, tweaked the wrong aging curves This makes the physical and skill attribute decline after age 29 smoother
Scouting Logic Improved
Implements "Player Type" by region (ex., Brazil/Argentina = more "Skilled"; Africa = more "Physical"). Increases attribute variance and youth squad size (22)
Minimum age 13
Harder to get very high potential players
Disables "Overpowered Regens", preventing the AI from flooding the game with overpowered regens.
Increased the chance for offensive players and all players to be generated with 4/5 star Skill Moves and Weak Foot.
Mission cost is increased, making sending a 5-star scout a major strategic investment.
Transfer & Finance Logic Tweaks
Forces ALL teams in all leagues to actively participate in the market.
Active teams will actually make bids.
Mid to high table teams more willing to sell their stars to giant clubs.
