FIFA 11 PC Double birmingham bug !! HELP !! ??

Hi

I've just started to play Premier League in manager mode and noticed that there are two Birminghams and no Blackpool. ?? O_O
The same thing is in other English leagues. One team is double and one is missing.

is there a way to fix it ?? because this is very stupid and annoying bug ;/
