England have been drawn in the same group as Wales for the Euro 2012 qualifiers.

Fabio Capello's men, who were handed a favourable draw for this summer's World Cup finals, will be happy again with their opposition for the European Championship.

Here are the groups for the qualifiers for the 2012 EM in Poland and the Ukraine:

Group A: Azerbaijan , Kazakhstan, Belgium, Austria, Turkey, Germany

Group B: Andorra, Macedonia, Armenia , Ireland, Slovakia, Russia

Group C: Faroe Islands, Estonia, Slovenia, Northern Ireland, Serbia, Italy

Group D: Luxembourg, Albania, Belarus, Bosnia, Romania, France

Group E: San Marino, Moldova, Hungary, Finland, Sweden, Netherlands

Group F: Malta, Georgia, Latvia, Israel, Greece, Croatia

Group G: Montenegro, Wales, Bulgaria, Switzerland, England

Group H: Cyprus, Iceland, Norway, Denmark, Portugal

Group I: Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Scotland, Czech Republic, Spain

Perfect group for Germany with one strong opponent(Turkey) and the four rather hard to play nations, which made nearly no problems in the past and probably won't make any in the future. ;)

I don't know what we've done to deserve such an easy draw, but someone must really like us.

Normally I'd be thinking we could definitely cock it up as well, but if Capello stays in charge, whose to say we can't win every game?

Interestingly there isn't really a true group of death either.

Amazing how many times teams draw each other in qualifying/tournament groups, France and Romania for example.

I think all the major nations have got a good draw, not just England. France and Spain will be very happy with their groups, and Germany should get through Group A with ease, even though Turkey will be tough and Belgium are an improving side.

England could win every game, but I don't want to dismiss Switzerland and Bulgaria as they are capable teams on their day, and Wales would love nothing more than derailing England's hopes.

Hmm, I don't expect us to qualify, but at least I can go to the match against England!! :D
