Error at Start of Game

This is confusing the hell out of me! I got PES on the official day of release and have been playing it fine without hitch since. Then today i load up the game and pretty much instantly i get an error report come up. And it does not tell me what the error is.

Specs are

Vista Home 32
Nvidia 7950
2bg of RAM
T7200 intel duo
