Ecuador striker Tenorio dies in car crash

Sad news for Ecuadorians and anyone who loves the beautiful game. Tenorio the flamboyant striker was killed in a car crash at age 25. ironically his last goals were a hat-trick against the club he joined as an 11 year old 'Emelec'. RIP.

I mentioned it before. I drove by the scene of the accident where a Jamaican player died back in 2000 when i was on vacation. we drove by only about an hour after the crash that took his life on a small isolated Jamaican road, on our way to the airport. you could smell the blood everywhere. it was eery as hell.

Life is fickle.
 
We will never forget Otilino
and one part of our stadium will have his name

This man would have made some noise in this world cup. I as a fan of EMELEC miss this great player.
