EA FC 24 Crowd textures loading constantly

I have had this issue since FIFA 23 where my crowd renders in low poly when the camera is a bit far away from it, in this video im using crowd quality at Low but in Ultra the same issue is present, I tried changing Anisotropic to x16 and Texture Filtering - Quality to High Quality in the Nvidia Panel but the issue persists since the previous game. Specs: GTX 1660 super, i5 11400f, 16GB DDR4, NVMe 500GB, Thanks for the help.
