Diving. Can the cpu player do it?

Interesting new feature. Will probably be of a sore point when playing against friends or online!
Has anyone noticed the CPU player diving though? Or is it capable of diving?
 
When i played the demo with Spain against Turkey, Hakan Sükür tried to get a Penalty by doing a Dive, but all he got was a Yellow Card, that was Hilarous :D

Just played another game and Tevez got a yellow for diving.
My defender was only shoulder to shoulder with him... not even a sliding tackle! Not sure I'd really want much diving in the game... or is it too realistic for it's own good? :)
 
I think I got a penalty against me. I was playing as Turkey vs Portugal and Simao crossed my goalie, Rustu, who rushed at him and lunged at his feet and missed. But after Simao was clear of the challenge he fell down, and the ref awarded a penalty and a yellow card for Rustu. I am not sure if it was a dive, but it seemed like it to me because the fall was so delayed after the challenge.
 
i was argentina .. against brasil .. kaka just dive in the penalty area ... ayala was just grabing his shirt ... yellow card for him .. no penalty .. :P

I've had both a cpu player booked for a dive and one get a penalty when it so blatantly wasn't one. My players were crowded around the ref complaining! I've done 3 successful dives myself so far.
 
i even saw the cpu dived when i was holding the ball.
i skipped past a guy along the sideline and he ridiculously fell on the ground, no foul and the match went on.
 
Gilberto Silva dived against me. He was awarded a yellow card. I managed to dive and get a free-kick once. With Lucho Gonzalez. But it's difficult because of the button configurations.
 
The buttons are easier if you are using R1 as fast run and then you press L1 and L2 together.
 
only seen it once.. i was something like 5-0 up and there attacker just threw himself down in the box.. Yellow card

I've had 1 pen and 2 free kicks in the 1000 times i've tried it
 
played a tourney the other day and my m8 dived but id just started to slow down so he just fell over was amazing.
