Difference between US and UK game

Hello all. Currently I'm living with some of my family in the USA, and I NEED my PES. I miss it too much.

What I need to know is, are there any major differences between the game I'd buy back home in England and the one I could buy here?

Will the option files and patches I could download for the UK one still work for the US one?

Any other words of advice?

Anyone? I'd like to know as soon as possible so if I can use both patches I can run to the store now and buy it.

Hi there. I don´t know for sure if there are major differences, except the leagues place in the menus. If you patch the game you could be risking the organisation of the Championships. Anyway United states soccer championship is crap (don´t want to offend no one with this..)so if i were you i would buy the UK version, but if that's not possible buy the american one and patch it like hell..
