Defining attributes with Kitserver 5.06 for PES 5 question

With PES 4 I used kitserver w/kdb manager to define attributes. Simply pressing 1,2,3,4 to change kits in the menu screen.

My problem is with PES 5(Superpatched 2.0), I have Kitserver 5.06. I have all the kits .png and .bmp files in their respective team folders. However, no attribute.cfg files.

My question is how would I get these to work in PES 5, define this kits for PES 5 and get to chose them in the menu screen. Thanks for any info.
