Crashing problem

Id being playing pro evo 5 ( PC ) for 2 weeks without problems after having to delete my save file to get it working again.
But now when i load it up it goes the program has ecountered an error and needs to close....is this common and how do i fix it.
 
Need to have about no more than 10 replays or so saved.

Should work fine then.
