I have this problem, when I make the master leaugue and I make champions leauge and the arrival in end, and I gain it, at the moment of the one jams all and it goes in crash.

It could be a problem with your opponent in the Champions League final. I had this problem with Ajax and it turned out to be one of their players (if that is indeed your problem).
