Indeed Albi, I've been aware of this, no TV games, any kind of news about the tournament, absolutely zero information here in Portugal.

Gotta see that. CHICHA-CHICHARITOOOOO!

I love the Spanish commentary

GOLLLLLLL CHICHARO CHICHARO CHICHARO CHICHARO!

He's an absolute gem, already one of my favourite United players. Nice to see the confidence to chip the penalty as well.

Thanks beboq for what you have created this thread. What many do not even know that this tournament is held at this time. And I hope that soon the audience Gold Cup will be more. In this tournament I will support the U.S. team because I like his game. As already seen in past matches, it is clear that the level of playing some teams leaves much to be desired, and in the final are likely to be Team USA and Mexico, as and last time, but I hope that this tournament is very exciting and interesting, which will be pleasure to watch. But unfortunately we do about this tournament can only know from sports news, so I'll have to watch it only on the Internet, although the finish may be showing on television.:P

games in Cali are so late went to bed watching Honduras vs Guatemala some history btw them two

Mexico , US and Costa Rica are favorites. The attendance btw US n Mexico is massive . I`m going to the match in Tampa I might as well go to Bushgarden before the match. Tampa is a ugly city !

Yes, the matches between the U.S. and Mexico have always collected a lot of spectators at the stadium, as its is the two strongest teams in North and Central America. Games of the U.S. and Mexico is always very interesting. I've wanted to ask, how are things with Team Canada, I've never seen her matches and can not say anything about this team, can you help me learn about this national team? :D Besides, I'm likely able to watch just replays of matches because of the huge difference in time zones, these games appear very late in my time (for example today's match will be only at 2:00 and 4:00 Moscow time, and this is very late), that very sorry. :(

Well Canada is a bit tricky They are getting better each time. The ones to watch for is de Gunman and hoilet . Canada will suprise a few and hope they become top3 to make it to World Cup. They're my French nieghbors and your too. Help support them they're closer than you think.

Well, if you're talking about the territorial proximity then USA is closer (Alaska), because we shared the width of the strait only 86 miles. Well, if about football, then I do not want to support just because of what I just did not know personally this team, and I do not support, because the proximity to a formality. While the Americans, Canada is also close as Ukraine or Belarus to us. Anyway, I hope I can look at the game this team, even if a replay. Today is indeed a very interesting match between the U.S. and Canada, I hope the game will be very exciting and interesting and let's best team win. ;)

USA 2-0 Canada
Posh match! By Becoming a signboard. Now I saw a playing of Canada. Pretty good, against the U.S. team looked like they is not even bad. Here is their goalie is not very pleased, allowed a few mistakes, one, at least, and has led to a goal. But the American goalkeeper, Tim Howard, just work wonders and rescued his team just had almost a hopeless situations. Well, okay, now commands a few days off to rest and rebuild his game (some of it just need to do if they want anything to show at this tournament), and the 9 of June we will again see the North American football battles.

Btw, when I listen to games played by the Spanish commentators, there is a feeling that when you score a goal, they have something jammed because so many times repeated the word "Goal!" I have never heard of. :P

Thanks for all the video highlights Artem and beboq.

Canada have several decent players coming through. Hoilet has a brother playing in Germany as well.

They seem to be back on the up after several years in the wilderness.

CUBA 0-5 MEXICO
Don`t want to put all the goals this Cuba team is a joke.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gVFDhQ10p78&feature=player_embedded#at=18

Mexico suspended five members of its national team Thursday after testing positive for a banned substance in a pre-tournament training camp, making them ineligible for their game against Cuba, a team spokesman said.

Antonio Naelson, Christian Bermudez, Edgar Duenas, Francisco Javier Rodriguez and goalkeeper Guillermo Ochoa all tested positive for clenbuterol, a drug used to treat breathing disorders, during the team's Mexico training camp in Mexico prior to the Gold Cup. Because the five all tested positive for the same substance, it is believed the source was meat consumed during their time at training camp.

Germany's anti-doping agency has issued a warning to its athletes about consuming meat in Mexico because of it being tainted with clenbuterol, sometimes spelled clembuterol, more than in China.
The potential scandal also puts in doubt Mexico's 5-0 victory over El Salvador in an opening Group A match Sunday. I think it`s stupid really ...Where did this meat come from if it`s been in the US ? Or they took the drug in their food? :COAT:

Cheers beboq for the videos. Cuba were brushed aside with ease.

If it is accidental ingestion surely they can test other similar food samples and clear the players involved.

What Ochoa would gain in benefit from consuming clenbuterol when it is easily detected too lends me to suspect it was a genuine mistake.

Cuba has baseball players , playing footy. Funny how food helps you breathe better and tbf Mexico has some high altitudes way above sea level. Mexico is looking like Barca

Thing is in the US everything is in 2 languages English/Spanish. In Miami you see signs on windows of businesses "WE SPEAK ENGLISH" In Florida, USA . You can take exams for driver license or any application in Spanish.

I listen to both the Spanish speaking and English speaking commentators. My favorite is Martin Tyler :WORSHIP:

And now it is clear you can see the Spanish language in those areas that were to join them for the U.S. Spanish colonies. But I thought that if you are English-speaking American, and you do not make sense to listen to the match in Spanish, so as you still do not understand. It seems I was wrong. :P

GRENADA 1-7 HONDURAS
WTF?!

Well, I was born and raise in La Republica Dominicana and English is my 2nd language. The more language you speak the more valuable you are even employment looks for bilingual :APPLAUD: My 3rd language I want to excel is Portuguese ! a new market in central FL.

Wow we (Jamaica) are doing really well. About time after all this crap we been seeing the last 4-5 years :CONFUSE:

Good that we have a more settled squad with players who have been playing together for some time now, all around the same age also :)

Dane Richards beast of a player :)

GRENADA 1-7 HONDURAS
Strangely, as Grenada was able to get through here, if it shows such a game. Obtained other teams in CONCACAF who do not take part here, even weaker than she is?:?
