commentary language setting and controller settings

Hey all,

I tried using different commentary languages today and everything works, except that whenever I open up the game again the commentary defaults to English again. The same thing happens when I connect more than 1 controller to the game and change the cursor settings; everything defaults to what it was before. Anybody know what's wrong?

i have a problem with sound... i set background music to 0 but i still hear it ...same happens for crowd/match effects
