"Code/HTML" like mode post or reply missing after site update

Hi admins, thanks for updating the site
But I usually use "code/HTML mode" (I don't know what it's really called) when replying/posting, so I can use , etc.
it seems missing in the last update. Any way to reenable it?

It seems that many functions in comments are missing after update, i test it with dark and light style
