Can't unlock players?

I've just sweated over a cagey Asia Oceania cup campaign which I've managed to win with South Korea. It told me I've unlocked some players and to check track record. I go there, and the players under the Asian cup bit are still locked despite the game telling me I have one title. What's going on?
 
I've got the pesedit.com patch and a few extra tweaks (rain and a BBC scoreboard), how about you mate? That might have something to do with it.
 
Me too, I have pesedit.com patch.
I won the league in master league and had a message telling me to check the unlocked players in the track record but couldn't find any thing!!!
 
Sorry mate, didn't realise you'd responded!

What I mean is that on track record the trophy doesn't show as unlocked:

If the problem won't be resolved, I will remove the patch from my PES

edit: the file unnamed_7.bin in dt04.img must be deleted, then when you win a cup or league, in your profile is unlocked
