How can I reset the PC version of the game back to the option file defaults?

Just asking as I loaded up a patch and liked it. I then did some transfers and created players and got myself all confused now as to what transfers I've done/haven't done. Any way I can easily reset it back to te patch's default option file, that is removing my transfers and created players in one fell swoop?

insert the original game cd , explore for the option file and copy it to

save folder 1.

Just delete the option file. That's all.
