BIG Trouble!!! Need Help!!!

I really need someones help. ok heres what happened to try and prevent my slowdowns/framerate issues i went into my playstion 3 'displays settings' and set it to the three cables n 720p and now when i turn on my playstion 3 nothing coes up on the screen on any of the channels . PLEASE HELP ME PLEASE!!!!

when you turn on your playstation, hold the power button on the console until you hear 3 beeps. this should result your display properties.
