Midfield diamond, team style settings mostly on medium. Essien is a brilliant box to box central midfielder, Zhirkov can alternate between CMF and the left wing, Benayoun pulling the strings from the AMF position (though due to his stamina you can also play Lampard/Mikel/Ramires there too but with a role change to CMF/AMF), Mikel to hold and protect the back four.
