best pay football stream site?

Hello all.
I'm living in Japan and find it very hit and miss watching football. I was using pplive with mixed results, but the channels keep updating and now I can't get any channels. I downloaded it again and it was ok; I watched Man Utd vs Sevilla, but after that it reset and I can't get any channels again. Same thing happened at the end of last season.

What I want is a reliable site; I don't mind paying for it. Anyone help?
Anyone else in Asia watch the premier league and how do you do it?

plus as you live close to China most of the channels should be faster than they are for us in Europe
