How do you gain skill cards and new positions in BAL this year? It seems you cant allocate focus points for a new position or a new skill. Or is it just me?

New position - automatically, if your manager keeps playing you out of position for 30-ish matches. New skills - no idea

Some friends of mine told me that when you reach 30 you will start gaining new skills cards. Don't know if it's true because I haven't played that amount of seasons.

I'm not sure if the age matters or maybe is something about the stats reaching some number, perhaps high shooting accuracy (80+) can lead you to the goal skill card.

After a bit of thinking. I remembered that PES09 had something similar to how I think they made it this year.
