Be a Legend - Stats Editor

No fun it that.
Does the editor enable me to change nationality ?

I'm already unstoppable with my current stats. My only problem is my nationality. I picked a nationality that doesn't have a national team in the game.
I'm 26 now and I have missed out on the experience of winning the world cup and e.t.c

The editor is mainly for people who wanna bump their stats a little or who are growing too slow.
 
What about your Weak foot frequency? Because apparently my player has become very right footed.. I have no idea how but he has! and now he doesn't take a single shot with his left leg.. this irritates me as a simple left leg shot is a goal but he chooses to shoot with his right and hoofs the ball over!
 
how should I use it? When I double-click the .exe I get an error message. I'm on xp sp3.

EDIT: it requires .net framework 3.5 to run!

by the way I don't see the weak foot attributes, so it's useless to me. I just wanted to have a better left foot, because I didn't know it was determined in the first tryout match =P

yeah, I found it using google (looked for pro evo editing studio 2009) and I added two points to weak foot frequency and one to w.f. accuracy (I had 4 to both).
now I can finally use my left foot in the game, yay!
The fact is, it's stupid that you can't improve those stats playing the game, I mean if I don't use my left foot in the first game I won't be using it for the rest of my career? wtf is that?
