BAL teammate and opposition boots

Quick question. On anyone else's BAL file, do all teammate and opposition players wear plain PES boots? Or is my file just faulty?

It may seem shallow to some but aesthetics are a major part of my gameplay experience and it would really piss me off if Konami had all these licensed boots but my player is the ONLY one in the game that uses them.
