BAL game speed issues

I've been playing be a legend for a while, and the game runs great...but now that i'm into the the point where i'm a sub, i'm having problems. whenever a game starts, it runs perfectly. it runs at the proper speed, no frame rate issues, what have you. but then, once i turn the speed up to 2x the game changes. i'll put it back to 1x and it runs slower than normal. I HAVE FRAME SKIPPING ON. even when my player comes into the game it runs at a slower speed. not only that, but EVERY other game played after this point runs this way, even when i go back to exhibition. i hae to exit the game and go back in to get the game to run at it's normal speed. the strange this is, i don't drop frames or anything at all when this happens. the game doesn't run poorly, just at a slower rate, een though i've got my settings set to skip frames
 
Got a fix for you! I think it has something to do with refresh rates, and how the game plays to a speed based on refresh rates. maybe not...

BUT HERE'S A CRUDE FIX

when you're not in the game,hit the windows key to window the game, alt+tab out, and MINIMIZE THE GAME. it will still be played and you can listen for when you're about to come in. use stumble, do whatever to pass the time until you come in, then full screen again after hitting x to get past the formation screen when you're subbed. all fixed for me. tell me if it helps you folks

I always thought that the gameplay feels slower cause of watching fast forward play for a long time O_o
 
I have been experiencing this since the last 3 PES games. It happened on my ps2 as well as on pc, as still happens now on my pc.

i actually never noticed that
Maybe it doesnt happen on my PC O_o
cause i feel fine after the forwarding
