I've been looking for any online server for pes 2013 fro like 3months but I can't find. anyone has the online server?

I may be wrong, but I don't think the server code for PES 2013 has ever been reverse engineered and something like fiveserver/sixserver doesn't exist for any PES later than PES 6.

So the only way to play any PES after 6 online is through remote-desktop solutions like Steam Remote Play, Parsec or Moonlight/Sunshine.
If any of these games support LAN play (I don't think any of them does), a VPN solution like Hamachi would work, too.
