Adding Leagues to PES 5?

I am using the Superpatch 2.0. I was wondering if it were at all possible to download and install more leagues(example MLS)? Right now I have:

-EPL,
-League 1
-Serie A
-Eredivisie
-LFP Primera
-Other A (Is there anyway to rename this to Scottish premier league?)
-Other B

I am new to Club Soccer and would like any recommendation on what leagues to add if possible. Thanks.
