Actual Game speed approach

I noticed that (+1) game speed in pes2013 equal (0) game speed in pes2012
But the question is, what is the most realistic one?
Is it the 0 speed (which seems to be partially slow ) or the +1 which is the same as the speed of the game which we played last version

someone say Konami gives U the variety U choose , But I want to ask which speed is preferable or seems to be actual 0 or +1

Wrong section, but for me the right speed depends on the camera angle in use.

I changed game speed to 1.03 or 1.05
