OK,this is a question going to the admins.My brother (huge pes fan+kitmaker for a Greek patch,15 years old) wants to make an account here,but what prevents him from doing so is that we are using the same PC (mine).So,can he make one or he can only with another IP so there's a problem?
 
Shouldn't be a problem, mate. We've had several users before doing the exact thing.
