New to modding pes 2019, Get the basics and have evoswitcher/sider and dpfilelist generator installed but can anyone suggest some good mods that I should use.

"best" is subjective unless you give us some kind of idea of what you're looking for. Check the Editing section like baguettos suggested. But you're going to struggle to find people who will say, this one or that one. Even then, how will you qualify that? Check the content that has the most pages of conversation, check the ones with most views, etc. At this point, if there's a mod that's even still working after the mess that updates have created, it's worth trying.

That is a VERY good question. I'd wait to see what it breaks-- um, "adds".
But you could also do the steps listed in this extremely valuable post by @superleeds1 if you decide to try mods beforehand. In fact, do it, that way you'll see for yourself what happens when the update comes out.
