what you can do for PES 5 is go Start -> Run -> dxdiag -> more help -> Override -> type a higher refresh rate in here. If you type a higher rate than your monitor can support at whatever resolution you run PES at then you'll probably just get a black screen, or it may damage your monitor (unlikely). mine goes up to 85hz @ 1280 x 960. Note that if you have an LCD monitor with response of 16ms or more then refresh rate doesnt make a bit of difference, you might as well leave it at 60hz because the pixels cant turn on and off fast enough. another note, this refresh rate will be forced in all directx applications and games, not just Pro Evo, so Pro Evo 6 should be the same (I dont have it yet).
