50-60hz option in xbox version?

Might sound a bit weird but this option is available everytime I start up the PS2 version, but not on the xbox version I have.

Any reason? Is the Xbox automatically 50hz?
 
I think you can alter the Xbox Video settings thru the main menu of the console if you boot with no disc in, not entirely sure tho as its been a while since I was it
 
You set the refresh rate on your Xbox dashboard, that then applies to all games. Better way of doing it too, IMO.
