2K Sports Surprise: New Game Announcement...

From what I've read though GTA4 will be a bit more realistic, for example you can't just escape the cops by going into a spray shop and changing the colour of your car and such :)
 
Back on topic, I prefer the Simulations rather than arcade's simply because an arcade is for people that pick up the controller and beat someone at the game who has played it for years, whats the skill level in that?
